Terms and Conditions:
Your agreement with Lagana Digital Media "LDM":
These terms and conditions apply to the "consumer" if you decide to use any, or all of our services such as Illustrations, Print Design, and Web Consulting .These terms and agreements constitute a legal agreement between you and Lagana Digital Media (Lagana Digital Media "we" or "our"). Please read this agreement in its entirety before using any of our services. "We" reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions. These conditions set out an agreement between you, the purchaser, and Lagana Digital Media.

Illustrations: All technical illustrations are priced on a case by case base. Illustrations hourly rates are currently $28 per hour. All work will be started after one third to half of the price is received (This fee will be established at the time of the consultation). After the illustration is approved, we will than charge the customer the remaining balance. After the payment is received in full, than the product will be released. On completion of illustrations, an approval form will be faxed to the client. After the illustrations are approved, they will be shipped electronically. Illustrations will also be delivered on a compact disc. Lagana Digital Media retains the right to cancel an order and the right to refund money. LDM retains the right to modify this policy at anytime. LDM retains rights to display the artwork in our portfolio and advertising materials, unless the customer specifically requests that it not be displayed.

Print Design : Client is purchasing print design work. All work will be started after one third to half of the price is received (This fee will be established at the time of the consultation). After the print design is approved, we will then charge the customer the remaining balance. After the payment is received in full, than the product will be released. Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the design upon payment of all fees. Lagana Digital Media retains rights to display the artwork in our portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, comprehensives, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client and are not included into the final delivery, will remain the full property of LDM. LDM retains the right to cancel a order and the right to refund money. LDM retains the right to modify this policy at anytime. You are under no obligation to pay this second fee if you are not completely satisfied with the choices provided. Once LDM has received final payment, your files will be sent to your email address and you will also receive a Disc by mail containing your design kit.

• If Clients would like to participate in our free service of having their logo linked to their web site, on our "Links" page, than it is the Clients responsibility to furbish their complete web site link and a short synopsis of their company.

Web Consulting All web site prices vary due to the complexity of each specific case. At the time of meeting with the client and discussing what is involved in the clients web site, LDM will disclose all prices and project times.

Ownership of Web site:
This web site is owned and operated by Lagana Digital Media. The content that is displayed on this web site, also including; text, photographic images, illustrations, animations, and graphics, are owned and operated by LDM. Unless otherwise stated, "you" are not permitted to copy this web site or any portion of it. LDM makes reasonable efforts to maintain the correctness and accuracy of this web site, and it's content. "We" do not, and cannot guarantee it's literal interpretation by "you" the user. There may be other links to different web sites.LDM does not control these web sites.LDM is not responsible for any other web site's content.
